KTC REFUND POLICY

At KebenzTech Consulting, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our cybersecurity training services. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for the services we offer.

 

  1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Full Refunds: You may be eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

  1. You cancel your registration for a training program at least 45 days before the scheduled start date.
  2. We cancel a training program, and you choose not to reschedule or receive credit toward another program.

1.2 Partial Refunds: In some cases, you may be eligible for a partial refund. These include:

  1. You cancel your registration within 30 days before the scheduled start date. In this case, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
  2. You encounter technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the training materials, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. In this case, a 50% administrative fee may apply.

 

  1. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2.1 Contact Us: Reach out to us via email at [email protected] within the applicable refund window. Please provide your full name, contact information, and details regarding your request.

2.2 Evaluation: We will review your request and determine your eligibility for a refund based on the criteria mentioned in Section 1.

2.3 Notification: We will inform you of our decision regarding your refund request. If approved, we will initiate the refund process within 30 business days.

 

  1. Refund Methods

3.1 Credit Card Payments: If your original payment method was a credit card, we will issue a refund to the same card used for the initial payment.

3.2 Other Payment Methods: If you used a payment method other than a credit card, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate refund method.

 

  1. Refund Restrictions

4.1 Course Completion: No refunds will be provided once you have accessed and completed any part of the training program.

4.2 Customized Training: For customized training programs or services tailored to a specific trainee or organization, refunds are subject to separate agreements and terms outlined in the contract between KebenzTech Consulting and the client.
